Mood Calendar

Terms of Use

Last updated: October 23, 2026

By downloading or using Mood Calendar (“the app”), you agree to these terms.

1. The app

Mood Calendar lets you record your mood each day, add notes and review your history. It is a personal journaling tool and is not a medical device or a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you are struggling, please reach out to a qualified professional or local emergency services.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your devices, subject to the Apple App Store or Google Play terms that apply to your download.

3. In-app purchases

Some moods and packs are optional one-time purchases. They are non-consumable, processed by Apple or Google, and can be restored on your other devices with the same store account using “Restore purchases”. Prices are shown in the store in your local currency. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.

4. Your content and data

Your entries belong to you and are stored on your device. We are not responsible for data loss if you delete the app or lose your device; use “Export history” to keep a copy. See the Privacy Policy for details.

5. Acceptable use

Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the app, or use it in a way that breaks the law or the store rules.

6. Availability and warranty

The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We may change or discontinue features at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
